Privacy Terms and non-comp agreement.– Famous 50

At Famous 50 (“we,” “our,” “us”), we respect your privacy and expect all users to follow these terms when visiting www.Famous50.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to this Privacy & Terms statement.

Privacy

  • We collect limited information you provide (such as name, email, phone) when you sign up or contact us, along with standard non-personal data (browser, IP address, usage).
  • Information is used to provide services, improve the Site, and communicate updates.

We may update this Privacy & Terms statement from time to time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Non-Compete & Non-Circumvent Agreement

This Non-Compete and Non-Circumvent Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as part of the participation in Famous 50 and is incorporated by reference into the Terms and Conditions.

1. Non-Compete

Participant agrees that during their involvement with Famous 50 and for a period of two (2) years thereafter, they shall not, directly or indirectly, engage in, establish, operate, or promote any business, venture, or publication that is in material competition with Famous 50 or its related projects, without prior written consent from Famous 50.

2. Non-Circumvent

Participant agrees not to circumvent, bypass, or otherwise avoid Famous 50 in connection with any introductions, contacts, or opportunities provided through its platform, books, events, or network. All business arising from such introductions shall be conducted through, or with the written approval of, Famous 50.

3. Confidentiality

Participant acknowledges that all proprietary information, trade secrets, contacts, or strategies disclosed by Famous 50 are confidential and shall not be used for personal gain outside the scope of this Agreement.

4. No Liability

Famous 50, its affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from or related to this Agreement, except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct.

5. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

6. Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the full and complete understanding between the parties regarding non-compete and non-circumvent obligations and supersedes any prior oral or written agreements.

By participating in Famous 50, the Participant acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the above terms.
